IHBC responds to Building Regs consultation; welcomes ‘emphasis on… professional conservation advice’

The IHBC has responded to government Consultation on changes to Part L (conservation of fuel and power) and Part F (ventilation) of the Building Regulations, including welcoming the ‘emphasis on taking professional conservation advice’.
