IHBC Chair James Caird said: ‘Our weekly News and Tender Alert offers current tender opportunities to HESPR members, supporting commercial conservation businesses that work to the IHBC’s standards and expectations.  These weekly selections offer the wider heritage world a regular insight into the conservation profession that we hope combine good news, sector profile and service inspiration all in one.’

Top tender pick of the week:

The IHBC Director’s pick from the HESPR News and Tender Alert email for this week features a call from Port Sunlight Village Trust (PSVT) for ‘the production of an Asset & Property Income Generation Strategy for the village as part of a project funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund entitled ‘A brighter future for Port Sunlight’.  The strategy will ‘provide PSVT with an investment plan for how to make best use of Port Sunlight’s assets, both public buildings and green space, in order to realise a new vision to make ‘Port Sunlight, an inspiring place to live, work and visit’. It will take account of: Port Sunlight’s status as a Conservation Area and PSVT’s heritage aims as articulated in our 10-year Conservation Management Plan 2018-2028’, closing 23 July and valued at £30K.
