The Architectural Heritage Fund (AHF) is currently seeking two new trustees to join its Board, with skills sought including conservation, community led regeneration, architecture, architectural history, historic building professional and social investment etc., closing 24 August.

The AHF writes:

The Architectural Heritage Fund (AHF) is currently seeking two new trustees to join its Board. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious, innovative and forward looking organisation. The AHF has embarked on a number of new initiatives, including the Heritage Impact Fund, its ‘Transforming Places through Heritage’ programme and new grant programmes across Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. We are specifically looking for a trustee with knowledge and experience developed in Wales and who can join our Grants Panel. For both positions we are seeking people with significant knowledge, skills or experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Conservation and heritage/community led regeneration
  • Architecture / and or developer of relevant historic building projects
  • Architectural history / historic building professional
  • Social investment / and/or running a social enterprise / charity

Your application should reach us by 5pm on the 24th August  and will be assessed by the AHF’s Nominations Committee. We will contact you shortly after the deadline  if you have been selected for interview; interviews will take place in the week commencing 7th September.
