‘HESPR 15 Service’ update: Free 15 mins advice from HESPR services – Draft T&Cs consultation

‘Plans for launching the ‘HESPR 15 Service’ are now underway.  The proposed campaign which offers fifteen minutes free advice and guidance from HESPR companies received support and encouragement at the first HESPR forum earlier this year.  We have since been developing the practicalities and terms based on the views HESPR members expressed at that forum and also during the earlier call for comment.

A description of the service has been drafted describing how it will work for your company when offering advice and most importantly this includes explicitly that you will not be obligated to take enquiries; how the service will be promoted and what type and level of enquiries and responses you should expect to deal with.

The description also includes details of the scheme for those members of the public and potential clients looking to you for advice, what they can expect and especially what advice will not be provided, along with terms and conditions for customers to ensure expectations are managed without issue…

We hope to launch this new service this spring…’
