Gove (apparently) backs MPs’ report that calls for ‘universal’ neighbourhood planning

The new Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, Michael Gove appears to have added his weight to a report by a group of backbench Tory MPs that calls for a return to ‘localist’ policies and recommends making neighbourhood planning ‘universal’ across England, writes Planning Resource.
