Good news for #IHBC25: New IHBC governance supported by new Trustee Information Pack

In line with its new governance, and supported by the IHBC’s 25th anniversary year developments, #IHBC25, we have updated the online Trustee Information Pack, and all are encouraged to review and feed back as suits.

IHBC Secretary Jo Evans said: I’m delighted to be able to announce this apparently small but still absolutely critical next step to underpin our new governance and the operations of our new Board.’

‘Balancing trustees’ capacity against priority guidance is not easy, so if anyone thinks there’s gaps or overlap, let the Lydia in the National Office know – at admin@ihbc.org.uk – and we will look at that in consultation with our trustees.’

… we’re keen that members of all categories are aware of what we are doing and why…

IHBC Director Seán O’Reilly said: ‘We’ve compiled this as the first stage of a wider process, and we’re keen that members of all categories are aware of what we are doing and why.’

‘Also, in the spirit of the new Articles, and especially with our new and constitutional Council as the bedrock for our future development, we’re announcing this on our NewsBlog news service as we are keen to have the full spectrum of IHBC members engage with our operations as they see fit’.
