Dissemination of ESPON results among the scientific community – call for early career researchers: Closing from 15/12

The ESPON EGTC is launching a Call for Competition to contract a maximum of 20 early career researchers (PhD and/or Postdoc students) to promote the uptake of ESPON territorial evidence within the scientific community, with the call for competition to run for 14 months.

ESPON writes:

The interested researchers can submit their application by e-mail to: tenders@espon.eu until 15 December 2020 (first cut-off date). All the applications submitted until this date will be evaluated and selected researchers will be contacted to initiate a negotiated procedure. Afterwards, all applications received at the end of each calendar month will be evaluated and, in case budget is still available, selected researchers will be contacted to initiate further negotiated procedures.

The application should include:

  • Duly filled Annex 1;
  • CV;
  • A proposal (2 pages, in total max. 800 words) which contains:

-an abstract of a scientific article,

-information on the links to the thematic areas of research done by the ESPON 2020 Programme and

-the targeted scientific event and/or journal (or other publishing format).
