Law firm Bates Wells has issued its ‘Election ’24’ series of factsheets to help explain key rules and regulations around campaigning, publishing political statements, influencing party manifestos and data privacy.

The next general election must be held by January 2025, but is widely expected to be held sooner than that. With potentially less than a year to go, charities and issue-based campaigners will be setting their campaigning strategies and putting them into action.
