…#IHBCReading2024 pre-School events….free CPD events…

IHBC Chair David McDonald said: ‘The IHBC’s 2024 Annual School in Reading promises to be an excellent CPD event, building on our previous successful ‘hybrid’ annual Schools.’

‘Caring for our historic buildings and places is at the heart of the IHBC’s agenda, and a wide programme of events from an online MarketPlace to a full Day School will deliver on that. Reading, as a town, is not always appreciated as much as it should be. The 2024 School’s venues and visits will rectify that. The town is also highly accessible, particularly from London and the South East’.

Sean O’Reilly said: ‘We’re also delighted that coming up soon too is the first of the #IHBCReading2024 pre-School events – our usually free CPD events complementing each Annual School theme.’

‘To tie to building care – the focus on the afternoon of the Day School– coming up on 15 December IHBC’s Technical Panel lead John Edwards will host a free and open webinar on ‘Applying BSI’s PAS 2035:2023 in Retrofitting Traditional and Historic Buildings’, for 1 hour (including questions), with more background and details HERE.
