Works summary: Reimagining Middlesbrough’s Old Town Hall. Middlesbrough Borough Council is seeking quotations to appoint two suitably qualified consultants as follows: Lot 1) Project Evaluator; and Lot 2) Researcher / Historian. The consultants will be required to establish the parameters and undertake evaluation in support of the delivery of the renovation and reimagining of the Old Town Hall (OTH). The Grade II asset is to be transformed into a high-quality office venue for the expanding Digital and Creative sector in Middlesbrough.
