HESPR’s top pick: Redbridge, for ‘Hainault Ancient Forest — a landscape for the future’ project, closing 30 June, valued £488,500

The IHBC Director’s top selection from the HESPR members’ Bulletin for this week is London Borough of Redbridge’s search for a ‘Design Team to lead on the Development Phase of the ‘Hainault Ancient Forest — a landscape for the future’ project, phase 1 (Design Phase) of which includes: costed designs need to be developed to RIBA Work Stage 3; fund-raising strategy with fund-raising targets met; HLF, UKWAS/FSC and Greenflag compliant Conservation Management Plan; successful planning application; Consultation and Engagement Strategy; HLF Stage 2 application to be prepared and submitted.  The Business Plan, Activity Plan and specialist ecology consultants, will be procured separately and managed directly by the Project Manager.

The contract is valued at £488,500 and the call closes on 30 June.
