Scotland’s Planning (Scotland) Bill, intended to strengthen and simplify the planning system while supporting ‘inclusive growth’, has been published, alongside a Ministerial Statement on ‘Planning and Inclusive Growth’ by Kevin Stewart MSP, Scotland’s Minister for Local Government and Housing, while the Bill is expected to receive Royal Assent in Autumn 2018.
