HESPR logoThe IHBC’s heritage business register HESPR – the Historic Environment Service Providers Recognition scheme – offers members weekly ‘News and Tender Alert’ emails, with costed opportunities worth some £30K+ this week, with the IHBC Director’s top pick for NewsBlog readers this week featuring the Burnley Borough Council (BC) call for a skilled conservation Architect/Chartered Surveyor for the Padiham TH (Townscape Heritage) Programme, closing 27 April and valued at £20-30,000.

The IHBC Director’s pick from the HESPR News and Tender Alert email for this week features the call from Burnley Borough Council for an ‘Architect/Chartered Surveyor experienced in historic building repair and restoration to support the administration of the Padiham TH (Townscape Heritage) Programme, and offer internal assurance throughout its delivery when required.’  It also notes that ‘The role of the Consultant is to ensure value for money and that high standards of building repair and conservation are achieved.’

Contract value is £20,000 – £30,000 and the opportunity closes on 27 April.
