UK Green Building Council (UKGBC) is updating its ‘Policy Playbook’* that covers (new build) housing standards and is in the process of creating a new Playbook that covers retrofit of the existing housing stock. This resource format has proved to be a really successful way of providing guidance for local authorities on crucial policy topics, as well as showcasing leading examples of local policies, and encouraging sharing of best practice.
