The AJ writes:

[IHBC HESPR member] Purcell gets go ahead to restore listed Victorian arches on Brighton’s seafront

Planning permission and listed building consent has been granted to begin the restoration of the Grade II*-listed Madeira Terrace in Brighton.

The extensive renovation works, led by Purcell, will revitalise Brighton’s much-loved seafront promenade, establishing direct access to the waterfront along the eastern foreshore.
