Museums+Heritage (M+H) has announced the new entry criteria for the 2013 Museums + Heritage Awards is now available.

This year we have shaken-up the categories, redefining the criteria for many of them as well as introducing three new awards – one for Customer Service and the other for Trading & Enterprise, as well as the exciting introduction of a new sector nomination award, Culture Pros Pick, in partnership with the Guardian Culture Professionals Network. The Museums + Heritage Awards for Excellence include 11 different categories to choose from, offering an opportunity for everyone, regardless of the scale or size of project and budget. Cost-effectiveness is at the heart of these awards as is creativity and resourcefulness and we welcome entries from everyone. So, if you work in a local authority museum, a national or independent museum, a gallery or a heritage or cultural visitor attraction or perhaps you are a supplier to this sector, this is your chance to have your hard work recognised.
