The Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC) has responded to the current All-Party Parliamentary Green Deal Group (APPGDG) ‘Green deal investigation and survey’, highlighting the problems caused by misguided approaches to the treatment of traditionally constructed buildings while still strongly endorsing the ‘objectives of the Green Deal to reduce fuel use and carbon emissions.’
