IHBC Policy Secretary Roy Lewis will update delegates at the IHBC South West (SW) Branch event, ‘Heritage in Law, in Bristol on 9 June, on the IHBC’s advocacy work relating to Historic England’s recent draft advice on listed buildings and curtilage.
Roy Lewis said: ‘I am very pleased that South West Branch has organised this conference. Everything we do as heritage professionals must be in accordance with the law, yet policy and guidance don’t always seem to align squarely with statutory requirements.’
