Designing Buildings Wiki (DBW) has featured an article from the IHBC membership journal Context: ‘Planning for sustainable historic places’ by IHBC past Chair Dave Chetwyn, with the post joining DBW’s 5000+ articles on offer to its 6,500 registered and 3 million annual users.
The article argues that sustainable development must be considered not only in terms of efficient building performance, but also in the wider context of place use and planning, as the author explores the membership journal’s theme: ‘Conservation and urbanism’.
