IHBC Director Seán O’Reilly said: ‘We do occasionally get feedback on services provided by those listed on our CPD Recognised Service Provider. This new facility will help us help us connect both users and services more effectively.

This is a ‘light touch’ service extension for all members and users, necessarily so in a free, open-access service where we must keep internal costs down. However we do hope that it will add value to this community of CPD service providers and their audiences.’

The IHBC ‘recognises’ organisations for their ability and consistency in producing training, seminars, and events that are capable of contributing to the obligatory CPD requirements of a Full Member of the Institute.
