The IHBC’s 2022 Annual School will take place in Aberdeen and online over 16-18 June, with the theme ‘Heritage on the Edge’, and explore issues around Environment, Innovation and Regeneration, and its promotional video is now available publicly.

The Aberdeen event will highlight the relationship between urban and rural with physical and virtual content from Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire, looking at aspects such as:

  • the physical impact of climate change and the Environment upon architecture and place
  • the drive for Innovation and adaptation in heritage practice
  • the role of heritage led regeneration in overcoming economic and social challenges
