The Welsh Government writes:
We want your views on how we intend to strengthen environmental governance in and further address climate change and biodiversity loss in Wales. The White paper contains our proposals to:
- embed environmental principles in Welsh law,
- establish an environmental governance body, and
- introduce targets and statutory duties for the protection and restoration of biodiversity in Wales.
