Built Environment Forum Scotland (BEFS) has published Professor Douglas Robertson’s report ‘Why Flats Fall Down – Navigating shared responsibilities for their repair and maintenance’.
The report was commissioned by BEFS with financial support from Scottish Federation of Housing Associations, Property Managers Association Scotland and the Scottish Government.
