Lydia Porter, IHBC Company Secretary, writes:

… submit proxies as soon as possible – even if you hope to attend…

… All IHBC categories of membership are welcome to book online to attend, but only accredited members (ie Full, Associates and Retired) are permitted to vote.

More background, including links to booking and proxy voting, is available HERE. Please note that we strongly recommend eligible members to submit proxies as soon as possible – even if you hope to attend – as it reduces our administrative costs and helps minimise technical issues on the day.

The ‘Short Proxy’ form is simple to submit, HERE, and if needed can be withdrawn any time before the meeting starts with an email to myself at admin@ihbc.org.uk.

Apologies may be registered HERE.

IHBC CPD certificates will be available…

Please note also that the reports in the AGM papers refer to business up to the previous AGM in December 2020, notably the financial year for 2019-20, but there will be updates and the opportunity for questions after the close of formal business, as well as at the Council beforehand (details to be advised).

Attendance at the AGM is free, but if you would like to make a donation to support the IHBC’s core charitable operations through our CREATIVE Conservation Fund, you may do so HERE.

Given the strategic importance of our business to conservation practice in the UK, IHBC CPD certificates will be available to attendees.
