IHBC’s HESPR ‘Special Interest News’: AJ features HESPR member Purcell for RIBA regional joint shortlist

AJ writes:

… Purcell [jointly] lead the shortlist for the RIBA South Regional Awards 2022…  for projects revamping a museum in Oxford and a Grade I-listed gatehouse in Southampton.

RIBA South director James Robinson said: ‘It was encouraging to see such variety in the types of projects entered this year, ranging from private houses to larger public and institutional buildings.

‘The South has an incredible architectural heritage, with buildings that have the capacity to amaze, inspire and improve our quality of life. This shortlist shows that this tradition continues.’….
