The IHBC Director’s pick from the HESPR News and Tender Alert email for this week features the call from Birmingham City Council for ‘Conservation architectural and professional services in regard to urgent remedial works required to Highbury Hall a Grade II* listed building in Moseley, Birmingham… [as the] Council seeks architects to develop appropriate designs and specifications for the identified areas requiring remedial works (including any necessary survey work) secure all the necessary approvals, and assist in the tender process in regard to the appointment of a contractor.’  The deadline is 22 June and the project is valued at £400,000.
