IHBC eligible members: Vote by proxy to keep costs down and pace up at the IHBC’s General Meeting 26/03

Eligible members of the IHBC are strongly encouraged to use proxy votes for the Special Resolution at the forthcoming General Meeting (GM) on 26 March, and help the IHBC ‘move past the pandemic’, while keeping up the discussions and the costs down!

On 26 March the IHBC will host General Meeting from 1PM with updates on progress and plans and a crucial voting on a Special Resolution to clarify arrangements for ‘virtual’ General Meetings.

… vote in advance by proxy…

… All member categories are encouraged to attend…

Eligible members are asked to vote in advance by proxy – most simply using the familiar SHORT PROXY FORM HERE – to ensure cost-effective and speedy progress into the Council meeting – our first under the new Articles – that follows, from c.1.45PM.

All member categories are encouraged to attend both events, but only eligible members are allowed to vote on the Special Resolution.

IHBC Chair David McDonald said: ‘The General Meeting will clarify our capacity to work digitally with a vote adopting a constitutional amendment devised by our solicitors.  Clearly that vote is very important to help us move past the pandemic successfully.’
